TruVerifAI Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 17, 2026 | Effective Date: January 17, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TruVerifAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SUAVI LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the TruVerifAI platform, website located at truverif.ai, and all related services, applications, and features (collectively, the "Service").
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.
2. Description of Service
2.1 Overview
TruVerifAI is a multi-model artificial intelligence platform that queries multiple AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and xAI Grok) to provide synthesized, consensus-driven, and fact-verified responses to user queries.
2.2 Service Modes
The Service offers multiple intelligence modes, including:
- Unify Mode: Synthesizes responses from multiple AI models into a unified answer
- Justify Mode: Facilitates AI deliberation and consensus-building for complex questions
- Verify Mode: Cross-references AI responses with web sources (using Perplexity and Tavily) to provide citable sources for claims
2.3 Third-Party AI and Search Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) The Service integrates with and depends upon third-party AI services (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI) and search/verification services (including Perplexity and Tavily) that are not owned, operated, or controlled by SUAVI LLC;
(b) These third-party services are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, acceptable use policies, and operational limitations;
(c) We cannot guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party AI service;
(d) Changes to third-party AI services may affect the functionality, availability, or quality of the Service;
(e) We are not responsible for any content, output, or behavior of third-party AI models.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. User Content and Conduct
4.1 User Content
"User Content" means any text, data, files, images, documents, or other materials that you submit, upload, or transmit to or through the Service (including "Input" or "Prompts").
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant SUAVI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, transmit, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
4.2 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
(a) You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your User Content;
(b) Your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
(c) Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
(a) Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
(b) Submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
(c) Generate, disseminate, or amplify misinformation, disinformation, or deceptive content;
(d) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation;
(e) Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service;
(f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
(g) Systematically scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service for the purpose of building competing AI products or services;
(h) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service;
(i) Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without authorization;
(j) Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Service;
(k) Generate content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors;
(l) Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities;
(m) Generate content that violates the acceptable use policies of our third-party AI providers;
(n) Submit any content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code;
(o) Use the Service for any high-risk applications where AI errors could cause harm (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions) without appropriate human oversight and verification.
4.4 Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, including removing User Content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
5. Output and AI-Generated Content
5.1 Definition
"Output" means any text, content, or results generated by the Service in response to your User Content or queries.
5.2 Ownership of Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own any Output generated by the Service in response to your specific queries, to the extent such Output is capable of being owned under applicable law.
5.3 Non-Unique Output
You acknowledge that due to the nature of artificial intelligence:
(a) Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar or identical Output from the Service;
(b) We do not claim ownership over Output, but we also make no representations that Output is exclusive to you;
(c) Output may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights;
(d) You are responsible for evaluating Output for accuracy, appropriateness, and any potential intellectual property issues before use.
6. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS REGARDING AI OUTPUT
6.1 Understanding Our Verification Process
TruVerifAI uses a multi-model approach that queries multiple AI systems and, in Verify mode, cross-references responses against web sources.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) While multi-model consensus and web verification can help identify potential errors, AI models may still collectively produce information that is factually incorrect;
(b) Our verification process subjects AI outputs to additional scrutiny but does not guarantee accuracy—it provides you with more information to make your own assessment;
(c) Citations and sources provided in Verify mode should be independently reviewed; the presence of a citation indicates a source was found, not that the claim has been conclusively proven;
(d) Different AI models may have similar training data or blind spots, meaning consensus does not always equal correctness;
(e) Web sources used for verification may themselves contain errors or outdated information.
6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) AI models may "hallucinate" or generate information that appears accurate but is factually incorrect, even when multiple models agree;
(b) Output should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth or factual information;
(c) Output may contain errors, omissions, biases, or outdated information;
(d) Even when the Service indicates agreement between models or provides citations, Output may still contain inaccuracies.
6.3 Not Professional Advice
The Service does not provide and Output should not be construed as:
(a) Legal advice or legal services;
(b) Medical, health, or mental health advice;
(c) Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice;
(d) Professional advice of any kind.
Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
6.4 User Responsibility to Verify
You agree to:
(a) Independently verify any factual claims in Output before relying on them, including by checking provided citations;
(b) Exercise your own judgment and critical thinking when evaluating Output;
(c) Implement appropriate human review and oversight for any important decisions;
(d) Not use Output as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or other significant consequences.
6.5 What Verification Means
To be clear about our verification features:
(a) Multi-model consensus means we query multiple AI models and synthesize their responses. Agreement between models suggests but does not guarantee accuracy;
(b) Web verification means we search for sources that may support or contradict claims. Finding a source does not mean the underlying claim is true;
(c) Citations are references to web sources where related information was found. You should review these sources yourself before relying on any claim;
(d) Confidence indicators, if displayed, reflect model agreement and source availability, not objective truth.
7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment
7.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different query modes consume different amounts of credits. Credit allocations and consumption rates are displayed within the Service and may be modified from time to time.
7.2 Free Tier
New users may receive a limited allocation of free credits. Free credits are provided on a one-time basis, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
7.3 Paid Subscriptions
We offer paid subscription plans that provide monthly credit allocations. Subscription terms, pricing, and credit allocations are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
7.4 Payment Terms
(a) Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe);
(b) By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees;
(c) All fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD);
(d) Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice;
(e) You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7.5 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7.6 Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted to support@truverif.ai, but approval is not guaranteed. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. If we terminate your account due to your breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SUAVI LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
8.2 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
8.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property
Output generated by the Service may inadvertently contain or be similar to content protected by third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Output does not infringe any third-party rights.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.
9.2 Data Processing by Third Parties

9.3 No Sensitive Personal Information
You agree not to submit sensitive personal information (including but not limited to Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or passwords) to the Service. We are not responsible for any sensitive information you choose to submit.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUAVI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
(a) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
(b) ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE;
(c) ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
(d) ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY OUTPUT OR CONTENT;
(e) ANY WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
(f) ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages
(a) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
(b) ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA;

(d) ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT;
(e) ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INACCURACIES, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS IN OUTPUT;

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11.3 Essential Purpose
THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
11.4 Jurisdictional Limitations
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SUAVI LLC, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Your use of the Service;
(b) Your User Content;
(c) Your violation of these Terms;
(d) Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

(f) Your reliance on or use of any Output;
(g) Any claims by third parties related to Output you generated or used.
